Insurance Information

We are a participating provider for Fideleo and Delta Dental. Many of our patients use other insurances as well with us. As long as your insurance is not a DMO type of insurance, you can likely use it with us to help pay for services. However you would be responsible to pay for any balance or service not covered by your insurance.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will complete and file insurance forms relative to dental services. Please understand that unlike most medical insurances, dental insurance does not usually cover 100% of charges.

It is important to remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company and that it is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount.
